About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and administrative functions. The Customer Service Representative will make outbound calls, complete verifications, perform data entry, and ensure orders are accurate and properly documented.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems with accurate, timely data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Dependable attendance and strong organizational habits
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to gather customer information, complete verifications, and follow up on required documentation
  • Perform data entry , spreadsheet updates, and record maintenance in Excel
  • Review and verify orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal staff
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for reporting and communication
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
