About The Position

This is an entry level, on-site position in our Coating facility. Primary responsibilities will be to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to improve our workflows.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in a technical customer service role with administrative responsibilities
  • Technical, sales marketing and customer support dealing with aerospace products such as APU’s or other rotating equipment.
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.
  • Experience with Infor SyteLine or similar ERP systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must be able to work on-site; remote work is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities including invoicing, assisting with quotes status of items in-house, and customer calls, coordinating customer visits, document filing, data entry, etc.
  • Assist with updating status reports for current inductions, shipped units, repair orders, etc.
  • May be required to assist in developing analysis on turnaround times, job margins, customer feedback, etc.
  • May attend production and other meetings to keep the Site Leader updated and to inform management of the status of our customer backlog.
  • Assist in preparing proposals/contracts as may be required.
  • Assist in receiving and other areas as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
