Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones
  • Greet Customers
  • Take payments
  • Schedule appointments
  • Update customers via text and phone call
  • Handle guest transactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks using collision management software.
  • Accounts payable and receivable
