About The Position

This is a remote role operating from Monday to Friday, requiring availability during EST hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by utilizing various portals to retrieve client information and working with Oracle for order entry. You will monitor client portals for purchase order approvals and match them to existing orders to close them out. Your efforts will directly support the Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
Proficiency in order entry and data entry with high accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
Experience with Oracle or ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

Ability to build relationships with the team remotely.
Experience working with a shared inbox and processing 10-15 orders daily.

Responsibilities

Utilize various portals to pull client information and perform order entry in Oracle.
Monitor client portals for purchase order approvals and match them to existing orders.
Provide customer services related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints effectively.
Develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers proactively.
Respond to customer surveys by developing improvement plans.
Perform tasks within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
