About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer service-related questions via inbound calls, texts, or email and manage the welcome call process for new customers. The Ideal Candidate will: Answer inbound calls Assist our collections team in maintaining past due accounts Provide first class customer service to our customers Be a subject matter expert in all things customer service related!

Requirements

  • Active listening skills
  • Understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience in a related field
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desirable
