About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Elkhorn, WI. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from order entry to delivery. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or construction industries are highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare quotes and assist with pricing inquiries as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
