Requirements

  • Clear and friendly communication skills (phone and email).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Dependable and comfortable working in a structured environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!

Responsibilities

  • Answer and Schedule : Take inbound calls and schedule sales appointments.
  • Follow Up : Make outbound calls and send emails to check on client needs.
  • Keep Records Organized : Enter and update customer details in our CRM system.
  • Be a Team Player : Assist with other call center tasks as needed.
