About The Position

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to enhance the shopping experience at our Goodwill store in New Castle, PA. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer interactions while maintaining regular attendance.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Reliable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
