The Job: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for the administration of the day-to-day functional operations of a regional warehouse under the direction of the Regional Manager Take and process customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel Execute requests for quotation from customers and prospects, according to the Regional Manager's guidelines Handle effectively the expediting of customer and inventory orders Provide total customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently reacting to customer requirements, while working within established company guidelines Distribution responsibilities include negotiating freight rates and tariffs, routing traffic, tracing shipments, obtaining proof of delivery, and the filing of freight claims Analyze, administer, and order inventory for the regional location Administration of the regional rental fleet Processing customer returns and requests for credit and assistance in the resolving of credit problems Maintain prompt communication with customers and company personnel Contact of outside vendors for services, price, delivery, and the request of issuance of purchase orders for the same Ordering of general and shipping supplies and administer and analyze daily cycle counting Assist in the training of regional operations personnel

  • 1-2 years front office experience
  • Microsoft Word, Excel experience
