About The Position

Rx Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. Rx Systems, Inc. is a climate-controlled facility, which is located in the Point West Industrial Park in St. Charles, MO. Our company has been specializing in pharmacy packaging and supplies since 1979. Employees at Rx Systems, Inc. have ample opportunity to grow within our company. Job Summary A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Rx Systems handles inbound and outbound calls assisting customers and sales representatives with the entering of orders, inquiries, and resolving order issues such as call tags or claims. CSR act as a liaison providing information about Rx Systems products and services. We aim to give Rx Systems customers the best service possible.

Requirements

  • Effectively communicate with clients through the use of both listening and speaking skills.
  • Speaking clearly and coherently is a must.
  • Solve the customer's problem as quickly as possible and in a manner that is as satisfactory to the client as possible.
  • Multitask while working. ie: must be able to speak to customers while typing notes and accessing information from databases.
  • Empathize with customer needs and have a service-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior.
  • Build positive team relationships.
  • Minimum of high school education or a GED is required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times on a random basis.
  • Attendance on-site required
  • This position is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries/requests received by phone, fax, e-mail or webstore.
  • Accurately input sales orders into the ERP system ensuring all information is correct.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders (i.e. changes to orders, cancellations, returns, claim or discrepancies).
  • Any other duties determined by management.
