About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers. This role is compensated at an hourly rate, determined by experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for all customers. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming phone calls, acting as a problem-solver to identify issues and provide solutions. This involves tasks such as scheduling services, processing payments, and updating customer files to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to ensure technicians' schedules are full and customer accounts are settled. The role operates within a team-oriented atmosphere, working towards monthly service center goals. Success in this position relies on strong computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to creating an excellent customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any internal or external customers
  • Act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue with incoming phone calls
  • Assist in scheduling a service
  • Take a payment
  • Update customer files
  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled
  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure accounts are paid
