About The Position

Lancaster Water Group, a division of C-B Tool Co., is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing family-owned company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive and respond to phone calls and emails providing product and technical information and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face. This position requires a positive attitude and superior communication and problem-solving skills. We expect high customer service standards, efficient response time, and high customer satisfaction. This position is a full-time, in office role with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
  • Two years’ experience in direct customer sales.
  • Comfortable, energetic phone skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize.
  • Team player who is willing to help out wherever needed
  • Experience with computer point of sale and ERP software platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products, Outlook, Word, Excel specifically.
  • Excellent attendance record

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, mostly phone and email.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues and questions
  • Basic knowledge of LWG products and services.
  • Order entry
  • Properly document customer interactions, transactions, comments and issues
  • Communicating and coordinating with sales and operations as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Promoting new products.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities.
