The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Company's sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage by performing the following duties. The position of Customer Service Representative is not exempt from the overtime provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and shall be entitled to overtime compensation for hours worked more than 40 in any one work week. The Customer Service Representative shall be accountable and supervised by the Customer Service Manager.
