About The Position

Window Genie’s CSR is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and providing support to other staff members. Following are the main responsibilities of our Customer Service Representative. Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and concerns. Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills. Provide product information and offer additional services to meet customers’ needs effectively. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules. Assist with processing invoices, and reconciling payments. Monitor office and field supplies, order new inventory as needed to ensure continuous operation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. We believe in a job done right. Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, or a related role.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
