We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team. This role requires at least one year of experience in a call center environment. CSRs serve as the frontline for our organization, handling a variety of tasks including: Managing inbound and outbound calls Performing general clerical duties and data entry Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests Providing receptionist and administrative support You will assist callers with applying for ADA Core Services programs and other disability-based programs. Daily responsibilities will be split between call handling and administrative tasks.
