About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate service to provide the best experience for our customer. The Customer Service Representative will explain AFW policy and procedures, resolve any issue in relation to AFW that includes but is not limited Deliveries, Orders, Parts Ordering, Pickup, Financing, and any other issue the customer may have. The Customer Service Representative will also work with various managers and departments to help resolve customer related problems, and work with the AFW management team to prevent issues from occurring. Requirements

  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Experience with Storis and Microsoft 365.
  • Phone etiquette
  • Ability to remain professional and have a positive attitude
  • Has good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactively manage changes in dealing with each customer
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong Leadership abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule and work all shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Understands company values of accountability, honesty and safety for our customers
  • Do it right the 1st time.

Responsibilities

  • Answers inbound calls to assist with customer inquiries or issues.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts presented by customers.
  • Provide the best quality service to our customers and community through team work.
