About The Position

We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support working parents when their childcare plans fall through unexpectedly. This is a fast‑paced, inbound call center role where you’ll help identify short‑term care solutions so parents can continue their workday.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong communication and typing skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and using multiple systems
  • Coachable, reliable, and empathetic
  • Interested candidates should be comfortable with on‑site work, fast‑paced calls, and handling sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls from employees needing urgent childcare support
  • Gather details and problem‑solve appropriate care options
  • Make outbound calls to internal teams or care providers as needed
  • Document calls accurately in a CRM system
  • Provide calm, empathetic support in stressful situations
