  • Experience with CRM system MAS200
  • Familiarity with returns/refurbishment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Provide assistance with product-related questions and troubleshooting
  • Manage return processes, including detailed write-ups for all returned units
  • Collaborate with refurbishment team to verify operational standards and cleanliness of refurbished units
  • Ensure units are tested and ready for shipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry for all customer service activities
