About The Position

Have a passion to support and solve customer inquiries by going above and beyond consistently.Provide first class customer support through a variety of channels; inbound/outbound calls and email.Support customers in accurately processing orders, providing status of existing orders, updating customer records, troubleshooting technical product inquiries and warranty support in a timely, professional manner.Consistently and accurately use CRM technology (Dynamics), advanced phone systems (CXOne) and Oracle ERP to support customer and team needs.Identify and recommend customer service and process enhancements that elevate our service to our customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a product-based customer support function.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to details, problem-solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Be able to maintain a positive outlook while exercising adaptability and teamwork in the workplace.
  • The ability to perform appropriately under stress and with displeased customers.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to understand technical product issues.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel skills required.
  • High school degree or equivalent required
