About The Position

VCA All Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate and driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team! VCA All Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital, offering a range of services from general practice care to boarding and bathing. With 3 experienced veterinarians on staff and AAHA accreditation, we take pride in providing high-quality care to our furry patients. Our compassionate team works together to deliver excellent service in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are looking for a Client Service Representative to play an essential role in our daily operations. This position offers competitive pay, with a salary range of $15 - $18 per hour. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience (experience in the veterinary or medical field is a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, answer phones, and direct clients and their pets to the appropriate areas.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and efficient clinic operations.
  • Answer client questions regarding services and products, including educating pet owners on general care, preventative health, and non-medical pet care.
  • Present and explain fees, process payments, and manage billing information accurately.
  • Help clients select appropriate products and services for their pets, including prescriptions and preventative care.
  • Ensure the hospital and reception area are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside.
  • Manage client records, reports, and communication, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
