Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, reading, and interpersonal); bilingual a plus
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different personalities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
  • Positive, patient, and outgoing personality
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
