Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
  • Positive, patient, and outgoing personality

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the programs and clients we represent
  • Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service at all times
  • Interact with the public, answer questions, and provide information about services
