About The Position

As a CSR at Ray Brandt Collision , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, managing incoming calls, and assisting customers through the repair process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and on the phone.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle repairs.
  • Assist customers in understanding repair estimates and the insurance claims process.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding vehicle repairs or services.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, insurance providers, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair progress.
  • Ensure that customers are informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Handle payments and process transactions as needed.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing and data entry.
