This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing policy changes, and assisting with renewals and claims inquiries. Requirements
- Customer service or insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- Knowledge of AMS Client Management System
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and billing
- Process policy changes and issue certificates and documents
- Communicate with insurance carriers and representatives
- Maintain accurate client records and deliver prompt, professional service
