CFS Brands is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to report to the Manager, Customer Service, at the corporate location in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is responsible for managing multiple aspects of existing accounts to offer quality customer service and help achieve organic sales growth. Success depends heavily on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our order fulfillment, willingness to serve our customers, account planning and development/ownership of the customer experience.
