This position ensures customer print, finishing, mailing, and fulfillment needs are met by coordinating job specifications, tracking production progress, and maintaining accurate job documentation throughout the entire production cycle. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in print industry client services, administrative support, or manufacturing operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers and experience using ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate strategic production plans.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented approach with a solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, production planning, or estimating within printing or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer requirements are met across print, production, finishing, mailing, and fulfillment services.
  • Develop schedules, monitor production cycles, and communicate project requirements with Sales Representatives and Production Planning.
  • Open jobs and enter operational, production, and account data accurately into the system.
  • Review job tickets for accuracy and update specifications as changes occur, communicating updates to department supervisors and managers.
  • Track jobs throughout the facility, including pressroom scheduling, bindery operations, shipping requirements, and customer sample delivery.
  • Enter shipping details, samples, addresses, and link estimates for pricing updates.
  • Maintain established customer accounts by providing in-house sales and operational support to authorized purchasing agents.
  • Document all processes and updates throughout the job lifecycle to ensure visibility and accuracy.
