- Take or enter orders
- Maintain schedule of all orders
- Hiring a carrier, if necessary
- Cancel accounts
- Process cancellations
- Resolve complaints
- Provide technical support
- Document of customer interactions
- Maintain customer records
- Determine changes
- Prepare invoices for shipped orders
