About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. You’ll answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide clients through the tax resolution process with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, in a financial or tax-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on required documentation.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals and case managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on our services and next steps in their resolution process.
  • De-escalate concerns and provide solutions with a customer-first mindset.
