As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves our customers feeling supported, valued, and confident in Holley’s products. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1–3 years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a call center, office, or sales support role.
  • Experience with RingCentral and HubSpot CRM (preferred).
  • Strong data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
  • Strong keyboarding and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic with a “do what it takes” mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Syteline a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the internal order management systems
  • Maintain customer contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and service requests.
  • Use RingCentral to handle inbound/outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Route complex questions or concerns to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and consistent service delivery.
  • Provide backup support to fellow Customer Service Representatives as needed.
  • Perform light administrative support (digital filing, document updates, reporting).
  • Other duties as assigned.
