About The Position

Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth for both the Parts and Service Departments at the store.

Requirements

  • Must be a self-motivated candidate with a strong work ethic
  • Must have a positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a good understanding of how Parts and Service Departments function
  • Must have a strong agriculture background, specifically with agriculture equipment
  • Valid driver’s license required along with a good driving record
  • Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment

Responsibilities

  • Sell Service Department offerings such as service labor, inspections, maintenance programs, etc.
  • Promote all parts (John Deere and Sloan Express) and be knowledgeable on current parts promotions and specials to relay to customers and potential customers
  • Build customer loyalty and maintain customer relationships by selling the entire dealership
  • Attend all Customer Clinic Events and promote the Parts and Service Departments
  • Conduct customer training events and open houses
  • Identify new customers for both parts and service and work with them to build lasting relationships
  • Deliver parts to customers
  • Other duties as assigned
