Requirements
- A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
- The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates must be available: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend Opportunities- Saturday-Sunday
Responsibilities
- Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our ecommerce website
- Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them with their online order.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
