About The Position

We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented office star for a customer service representative role. Responsibilities include: Manage large amounts of incoming calls. Manage customers emails and chats in a professional manner. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Go the extra mile to engage these customers. Schedule Service/estimate appointments in a timely manner within our current time windows. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording accurate and complete account information. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and escalating to customer relations, following up to ensure resolution. Inform customers of deals and promotions. Make outbound calls to book, confirm upcoming appointments, sell or renew service plans. Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Learn from scripts. Be a team player. Other duties/tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills, listening skills with an empathetic voice and manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Energetic with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
