As a Customer Service Representative, you can make a major contribution toward assisting Pilates and other fitness professionals ensure their businesses our positioned for long-term success.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues logically and efficiently.
  • Strong listening and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an education or technology setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with online platforms or learning management systems is a plus.
  • Experience in tech support, customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience assisting customers in a app based environment is a bonus.
  • Some college education is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online channels for users of our education platform.
  • Assist customers with account access, course navigation, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system for accuracy and follow-up.
  • Gather and report feedback from customers to help improve the platform and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical or platform-related issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of our education offerings and platform features to provide informed assistance.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold company service standards.
