About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a high-volume call center team supporting healthcare and pharmacy benefit inquiries. This role involves handling inbound calls, answering questions about prior authorizations, and providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years).
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Stable job tenure (no jumpy resumes).

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy Technician certification.
  • Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–100 inbound calls per day, plus follow-up calls and emails.
  • Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information.
  • Enter and update information accurately across multiple systems.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all interactions.
  • Participate in mandatory training and testing (average score of 90% required).
