About The Position

Sutton Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical has served Kernersville, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and the surrounding North Carolina neighborhoods as a local, family-owned, one-stop shop for home comfort. From HVAC repair to electric vehicle charger installation, it is our mission to earn your trust by prioritizing customer needs and delivering quality service here in the Piedmont Triad. The CSR’s role will be a membership support role for the Membership Coordinator by scheduling by-annual maintenance visits, answering incoming phone call, and maintaining clear communication with customers, technicians, and all call center staff. The CSR will play a key role in ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and quickly adapt to change.
  • During remote times, must have a quiet, distraction free workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous call center experience in HVAC, plumbing, or service industry preferred.
  • Additional administrative or scheduling experience is a bonus.
  • Well organized and ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of Service Titan.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to confirm maintenance appointments and provide updates as needed.
  • Schedule HVAC and plumbing technicians to maintenance appointments based on location.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job completion.
  • Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with membership coordinator and manager to optimize efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules for emergencies or changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
