Objectives of this role We are looking for a driven and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. As an Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, understanding customer needs, and promoting our range of overhead cranes and related products. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members will be essential to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue and market share.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
