About The Position

Hi, my name is Marco Escobar, and I am looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team at Rx Savers LLC. Rx Savers LLC is a prescription advocacy company committed to helping patients access expensive name-brand medications through pharmaceutical companies. We specialize in assisting individuals with enrollment in Prescription Assistance Programs (PAPs), ensuring they receive their medications conveniently—delivered either to their doorstep or their doctor’s office for an entire year. Our philosophy is to provide compassionate, high-quality service to our clients, making the process seamless and stress-free. We take the time to understand each patient’s unique needs, allowing us to offer them the best possible assistance in obtaining their necessary medications. Responsibilities

  • You will communicate with manufacturers regarding patients' enrollment statuses to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • You will verify patient information meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • You will document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • You will develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to provide informed assistance to patients and team members.
