About The Position

Chandler Truck Accessories (CTA) is a family-owned manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience building premium products. We’re a small team with high standards, and we’re looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to support our customers and growing operations. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for answering inquiries, processing orders, providing product support, and ensuring a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery and beyond.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service or office experience (manufacturing or product-based environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
  • Provide product information and basic technical support
  • Track orders and assist with shipping-related questions
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general administrative support as needed
