About The Position
We are looking for reliable and personable individuals to help us build lasting relationships with our Pickleball Warehouse customers and support them through their purchasing journey. Whether you are helping someone via phone, live chat or email, we want you to share a passion for people and an ability to problem solve. Build a foundation for lasting relationships with new customers and foster ongoing relationships with existing customers in the retail store and at associated events. Maintain store inventory and presentation via stocking, merchandising, and cleaning. The ideal candidate Enjoy playing pickleball recreationally or competitively. Experiential knowledge of sport specific products, their purpose and benefits. Bring an experienced-based enthusiasm to guide new players getting started in the sport and make expert recommendations for advanced players. Deliver friendly, professional and helpful support to all customers and assist in meeting needs or exceeding their expectations. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem solve and utilize available resources to locate answers to product/order questions. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current company policies, procedures, products and services. Be flexible during busy times by helping fellow co-workers and function as part of a team. Have the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure. Continually learn and develop skills relevant to the role. Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace.

Responsibilities
- Build a foundation for lasting relationships with new customers and foster ongoing relationships with existing customers in the retail store and at associated events.
- Maintain store inventory and presentation via stocking, merchandising, and cleaning.
- Carefully and efficiently install strings according to racquet specifications.
- Identify possible damage or defects to racquets and/or strings and make an assessment of the necessary corrective actions.
- Repair and/or replace accessories as needed.
