About The Position

We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our in-house call center team! In this role, you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month to keep things exciting. Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license.
The ability to rock your assigned shift with punctuality and reliability.
Excellent communication skills—whether talking, typing, or texting, you’ve got it!
