About The Position

We partner with unions and member-based organizations across North America, helping their families understand and access the supplemental benefits available to them. As the only union-backed provider in our field, we’re known for honesty, clarity, and dependable support. This remote role focuses on assisting union members who request benefit information. You’ll speak with them through scheduled calls or virtual meetings, explain their coverage options in simple terms, and complete digital documents to help them finalize their benefits. Every conversation you have helps a family make informed decisions about their financial security.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service or sales experience (helpful, not required)

  • Connect with members via phone or Zoom
