About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and being part of a supportive, team-focused environment. If you have a friendly attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems — this role could be for you. You will be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them feel supported, understood, and taken care of. You’ll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and communicate with both customers and technicians. You don’t need HVAC knowledge — we’ll teach you. You don’t need years of experience — we train and develop people. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Clear and friendly communication
  • A helpful and empathetic approach to customer service
  • Comfort working on a computer and learning software
  • Ability to multitask in a busy, team-focused environment
  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Age 18 or older
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous customer communication
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or call center operations is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with warmth, clarity, and patience
  • Listen to customer needs and provide helpful solutions
  • Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
  • Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation
  • Support positive customer outcomes and help ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented call center environment
