About The Position

Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include:

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Basic Computer Skill knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Exhibit strong communication skills
  • Must be onsite
  • 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred
  • Customer Service/Call center experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Set up returns and exchanges
  • Cancellations and order modifications
  • Ensure order accuracy
  • Verify part numbers and fitment
  • Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders
  • Provide technical support
  • Respond to customers in timely manor
  • Other duties as assigned
