About The Position

Key Responsibilities Act as the front-line customer contact for order management and execution. Acknowledge and enter customer purchase orders into Oracle ERP promptly. Coordinate inventory, shipping schedules, and contingency planning for product shortages. Prepare and review international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, regulatory labels, customs paperwork). Ensure compliance with state and international regulatory requirements for labeling and documentation. Provide timely updates on open orders and invoice orders within 24 hours of shipment. Resolve customer issues promptly and collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience. Proven experience in international shipping and documentation (customs, regulatory compliance, export paperwork). Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage complex documentation and deadlines across multiple countries. Bilingual preferred.
