Requirements

  • College degree or high school education with relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to learn a great deal of information in a short time
  • Great deal of initiative to sell and cross-sell products
  • Possess the flexibility to accept and help promote changes
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Self starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Professional phone skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking experience strongly recommended
  • One year sales experience and two years service experience preferred
