About The Position

For over 65 years, our organization has focused on helping families understand and protect their benefits. As demand grows across our service areas, we’re bringing on new Benefits Representatives who are dependable, driven, and confident communicating with people from all backgrounds. About the Position You’ll be the main point of contact for members who reach out looking for information about their coverage. Your role is to make the process simple, clear, and supportive. Day-to-day, you’ll:

Requirements

  • Experienced in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Naturally good at building rapport and communicating clearly
  • Organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Professional, positive, and comfortable working directly with clients
  • Someone who enjoys learning and improving continuously

Responsibilities

  • Speak with members by phone or video to review their benefit options
  • Break down coverage details in a way that’s easy to understand
  • Answer questions and guide clients toward the right choices
  • Stay informed on all programs so you can provide accurate information
  • Review existing plans and identify opportunities to reduce costs
  • Keep organized notes and maintain a consistent level of service
