Responsibilities

  • Track and trace daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Accurately document shipment updates, exceptions, and issues
  • Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to maintain smooth operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and timely problem resolution
