About The Position

We are seeking an entry‑level Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to problem‑solve in real time, and experience handling high‑volume inbound calls. You’ll support customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of high‑volume call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule

Responsibilities

  • Manage high‑volume inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer questions or concerns
  • Apply basic problem‑solving skills to identify solutions quickly
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Meet performance, attendance, and quality standards
