Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Track orders from start to delivery
  • Answer customer questions via phone and email
  • Help with shipping, returns, and product inquiries
  • Keep records organized and up to date
  • Communicate proactively with customers and team members
