Requirements

  • 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Houma, LA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Experience: Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MS Office products preferred
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from customers
  • Schedule and manage customer estimates
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
  • Manage customer and technician schedules
  • Renew and manage maintenance agreements
  • Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
  • Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
